Implementasi Model Komunikasi Lasswell Berbasis Nilai Etika Hindu dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai

This research is aimed at describing the implementation of the Lasswell communication model at Bagian Perencanaan and Keuangan Setda Kabupaten Buleleng and also identifying the obstacles that occur in implementing the Lasswell communication model at Bagian Perencanaan and Keuangan Setda Kabupaten Buleleng. The design of this research is qualitative-descriptive, involving the employees as the research subjects at Bagian Perencanaan dan Keuangan Setda Kabupaten Buleleng. Data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document study are related to this research. The Milles and Huberman analysis model is used to analyze the data in this research. As a result, this research shows that by implementing the Lasswell model, organizations can ensure that the communication carried out is more structured, directed, and effective, thereby supporting increased employee productivity. The obstacle found in this research was a change a change in regulations related to tasks in financial administration using the SIPD application, where the application system often experienced errors. However, by implementing the Lasswell communication model based on Hindu ethical values, the obstacles or challenges faced can be minimized.
